We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once processed, your items are dispatched directly from our international eco-friendly suppliers.

3. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer two delivery options:

Standard Shipping (Free)

  • Cost: £0.00

  • Estimated delivery: 8–12 business days

Express Shipping (£3.99)

  • Cost: £3.99

  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, customs processing, or courier delays.

4. Customs and Import Fees

Most orders do not incur customs fees when entering the UK.
However, in rare cases, customers may be responsible for any unexpected customs duties or taxes.

5. Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking information, sent via email once the order has been dispatched.

  • You can track your parcel using the tracking link provided.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the maximum expected timeframe:

  • Standard Shipping: more than 20 business days

  • Express Shipping: more than 12 business days
